§1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on the User's device while using the Service. They allow, among other things, preferences to be remembered, sessions to be maintained and traffic to be measured.
§2 Basis and consent
- Necessary files are used on the basis of a legitimate interest (the correct and secure operation of the Service).
- Analytics and marketing files are activated only after consent is given in the cookie banner (in line with Google Consent Mode). Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time using the "Cookies" button in the Service's footer.
- Information about the consents given is managed by the numato_consent_v1 and consent_analytics files.
§3 Categories of cookies
- Necessary – essential for the Service to work (security, session, remembering consents and preferences). They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics – help us understand how the Service is used (e.g. Google Analytics 4).
- Marketing – used to measure effectiveness and for personalisation (including ad-data consent settings in Google Consent Mode).
§4 List of selected files and technologies
- numato_consent_v1 – stores consent preferences (necessary).
- consent_analytics – an auxiliary marker of the analytics consent state (necessary).
- dt_refresh – maintains the signed-in User's session in the Account panel (necessary).
- lang – remembers the selected language (necessary).
- theme – remembers the selected light/dark theme (necessary).
- files with names starting with _ga – Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google, USA); traffic analysis (analytics).
§5 Third-party tools
The Service uses Google Analytics 4 (Google) and, on selected pages, also chat (Tawk.to) and a bot-protection mechanism (Cloudflare Turnstile). These tools may set their own cookies or similar identifiers and may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area (see the Privacy Policy).
§6 Managing consent and browser settings
The User can manage consents using the "Cookies" button in the Service's footer and can also change cookie settings in their browser (including blocking or deleting them). Restricting necessary files may affect how the Service works.
§7 More information
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
