About Numato
Numato is an independent numerology service, running since February 22, 2021. Below: the story of the service, how we calculate, the role of artificial intelligence and the editorial team.

Julia Kunikowska starts her practice
Julia Kunikowska opens her own numerology practice: she writes portraits and forecasts and gives consultations.

Numato launches
A free numerology calculator for phone and computer goes live, with a choice of calculation method (horizontal, vertical or reduction) and the option to count Y as a consonant. Around 10,000 people used it in its first year.

Prototype
Automatic PDF portrait
A server that builds a numerology portrait in PDF by itself: life stages, the personal year, cycles, turning points and challenges with their durations, and famous people grouped by number. The famous people database went into version 2, and the automatic PDF portrait returned in version 3.

Second version: a full app
The calculator becomes an app: night mode, calculation history, the Pythagorean square, longer number descriptions and a database of about 22,000 famous people. In 2022 it was used by 38,000 people, and its further development was supported by the users themselves.

Prototype
A shop with customer accounts
A shop prototype with a customer panel, accounts confirmed by e-mail, product pages (numerology portrait, consultation), orders and online payments. It is the forerunner of today's checkout and orders.

Numato 3.5
The second version moved to new server technology: calculations run on the server and check the data they receive. A stepping stone to version 3.

Third version: today's platform
In late 2025 the third version launches, built from scratch: a new calculation engine, the knowledge base and a service in four languages.

PDF reports and Zumana
In early 2026 PDF reports arrive. The Numato engine calculates their numbers, and Zumana, an AI numerologist, writes the interpretation.

German version
A German version is added — the service now runs in five languages.

Numato Plus and Numato Start
Numato Plus is a subscription with a chat with Zumana; Numato Start is a pass for unlimited full calculator results. Reports can be ordered in nine languages.

Destiny Matrix
The calculator adds the Destiny Matrix: 22 arcana from the date of birth, following the system attributed to Natalia Ladini.

The service gets a new look: a new colour palette, clearer cards and consistent shapes.

How we calculate
Every number is calculated by the Numato engine: a program that always gives the same result for the same data. Artificial intelligence does not calculate anything.
- Pythagorean numerology — by default following Hans Decoz: the day, month and year of birth are reduced separately and then added up. You can choose another school in the calculation settings.
- Personal Year — counted from your birthday by default. You can switch to the calendar year in the calculation settings.
- Pythagorean square (psychomatrix) — using Alexander Alexandrov's method.
- Destiny Matrix — following the system attributed to Natalia Ladini.
- Tests — we check the engine against control dates with known results.

Numerology is a symbolic system of description, not a science. Numato's content is meant for self-reflection, entertainment and education; it does not replace medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
Texts, AI and editorial review
- Numbers are calculated by the Numato engine.
- Interpretation texts are written by Zumana, an AI numerologist — an artificial intelligence system, not a person. She receives finished results from the engine and writes according to our guidelines.
- Knowledge base articles are reviewed by the editorial team before publication.
- PDF reports and chat answers are created automatically. No person checks each of them before it is sent.
Editorial team
Julia Kunikowska
Founder and subject-matter editor at Numato. She has run her own numerology practice since 2019: she has written dozens of portraits and forecasts and given consultations. At Numato she reviews the knowledge base articles on Pythagorean numerology and the Destiny Matrix (the 22-arcana system attributed to Natalia Ladini).
Zumana
Numato's AI numerologist. She writes the interpretation texts in PDF reports and answers in the Numato Plus chat. Zumana is an artificial intelligence system, not a person.
