Right of withdrawal

Last updated: 2026-06-17

This page summarises your right to withdraw from a distance contract and provides a model withdrawal form you can copy, complete and send. The full rules are set out in the Terms of Service (§8).

§1 Who has the right of withdrawal

  1. The right of withdrawal belongs to a Consumer — a natural person entering into a transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or profession.
  2. It also applies to a sole-trader (a natural person) who concludes a contract directly related to their business where, given its content, that contract is not of a professional nature for them (Articles 7aa and 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).

§2 Period and how to withdraw

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  2. For contracts for the supply of services and for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded (Article 28 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  3. To exercise the right, make an unambiguous statement — for example, send an e-mail to [email protected] or a letter to Julia Kunikowska, ul. Stanisława Staszica 3/11, 81-198 Pogórze, Polska. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to.
  4. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your statement before the period expires.

§3 Effects of withdrawal and refunds

  1. Effective withdrawal means the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
  2. We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement (Article 32 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  3. We will refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

§4 When the right of withdrawal does not apply (digital content)

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your express and prior consent, after you were informed that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the Seller had performed, you acknowledged this, and we provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, e.g. by e-mail (Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).
  2. Our paid Products (the numerology report, the analysis and related reports) are personalised digital content delivered immediately. By placing an order and ticking the relevant consent, you request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once it is performed. We provide confirmation of the contract on a durable medium — in the order-confirmation e-mail. Losing the right of withdrawal does not remove your rights where the digital content does not conform to the contract (complaint — see the Terms of Service §9).
  3. Joining the Waiting list and the Newsletter are free of charge and non-binding — they are not a purchase, and you may leave at any time (with a single click on the link in any message), with no withdrawal procedure required.
