§1 General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data on the https://numato.pl website ("Service").
  2. The Personal Data Controller (within the meaning of the GDPR) for data provided for the purpose of purchasing a product is Julia Kunikowska, a natural person conducting unregistered business activity. The Controller can be contacted via e-mail: sebastiankunikowski@gmail.com.
  3. The Policy clearly separates the data processing rules for the Service's free tools and for paid products.

§2 Free Numerology Calculator

  1. Local Processing: Data entered into the free calculator (first names, last names, dates of birth) is processed solely on the User's web browser side. This data is not sent to the Controller's server.
  2. No Controller Access: The Controller has no technical means of accessing data entered and stored locally in the User's browser (in IndexedDB storage).
  3. User Control: The User has full control over their data and can delete it at any time using the Service's functionality or by clearing browser data.

§3 Purchase of a Digital Product ("Numerology Portrait")

  1. Scope of Processed Data: To fulfill an order for a paid digital product, the Controller processes the following personal data:
    • First and last names
    • Date of birth
    • E-mail address
  2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing:
    • The data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a sales contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), which includes generating a personalized PDF file and delivering it to the provided e-mail address.
    • The data is also processed to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, e.g., related to sales records for tax purposes (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
    • The data may also be processed for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Controller).
  3. Data Retention Period: Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to:
    • Fulfill the sales contract.
    • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax-related) for the period required by law.
    • Pursue any potential claims, but no longer than the limitation period for such claims.
  4. Data Recipients: The Customer's personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
    • IT Service Providers: Entities that support the Controller in running the Service (hosting, technical support).
    • AI Service Providers: Data (first names, last names, date of birth) is transferred to an external artificial intelligence service provider to generate the report's content.
    • Payment Operators: In the future, if online payments are implemented, transaction data will be processed by a payment operator (e.g., Autopay S.A.).
      All recipients operate on the basis of data processing agreements and are obliged to protect the data.

§4 Rights of Data Subjects

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. The right to access your data.
  2. The right to rectify (correct) your data.
  3. The right to erase your data (provided it does not conflict with the Controller's legal obligations).
  4. The right to restrict the processing of your data.
  5. The right to data portability.
  6. The right to object to the processing of data based on a legitimate interest.
  7. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

§5 Other Information

  1. Cookies and Analytics: The Service uses cookies for functional and statistical purposes. We use Google Analytics in an anonymized manner, which prevents the identification of specific users.
  2. Server Logs: The server automatically records basic technical logs (e.g., IP address) for security and diagnostic purposes.
