Destiny Matrix Karmic Tail 12-19-7: The Hanged Man, The Sun and The Chariot

Karmic tail 12-19-7 (also written 12 19 7) is the set of three arcana on the lower ray of the Destiny Matrix chart: The Hanged Man, The Sun and The Chariot. It is the second most common of the 26 possible tails: it comes up on 9.5% of calendar days. Below we show where it comes from, what its arcana mean together, how it may show up in behavior and what helps.

TL;DR: Anyone whose points A, B and C add up to 25, 34 or 43 gets tail 12-19-7. They also share the same matrix center: 5, The Hierophant. The arcana of the tail describe a tension between self-sacrifice (The Hanged Man), the need for recognition (The Sun) and the drive toward a goal (The Chariot). It is a pattern that may repeat, not a verdict.

How is karmic tail 12-19-7 calculated?

You read the tail from the center of the matrix outwards: D1 – D2 – D. All three numbers depend on a single sum: the day, month and year of birth reduced to arcana, that is A + B + C. When that sum is 25, 34 or 43, point D is 7, the center is 5, and the tail comes out as 12-19-7 without exception. Here is the example for 15.08.1991:

1. A — the day: 15. B — the month: 8.
2. C — the year: 1 + 9 + 9 + 1 = 201 +9 +9 +1 =20.
3. D — the sum of A, B and C: 15 + 8 + 20 = 43 → 715 +8 +20 =43›7.
4. E — the center, the sum of A, B, C and D: 15 + 8 + 20 + 7 = 50 → 515 +8 +20 +7 =50›5.
5. D1 — the sum of D and the center: 7 + 5 = 127 +5 =12.
6. D2 — the sum of D and D1: 7 + 12 = 197 +12 =19.

So the tail for this date is 12–19–7. We calculated it for every day from 1 January 1900 to 31 December 2100: tail 12-19-7 comes up on 9.5% of days — only 15-20-5 comes up more often. The share is the percentage of calendar days, not the percentage of people.

Watch out for a similar-looking tail: when the sum of A, B and C is 7 or 52, point D is also 7, but the center comes out as 14 and the tail is 21-10-7, not 12-19-7.

What do arcana 12, 19 and 7 mean together?

Each position in the tail has its own role. D1 shows how the pattern starts to appear — usually in your dealings with people. D2 is what tends to repeat. D, which is also the karmic task of the matrix, is the lesson the tail points to.

• 12 — The Hanged Man (D1): pausing, self-sacrifice and a different point of view. The pattern starts with putting other people's needs, or a goal, above your own.
• 19 — The Sun (D2): visibility, success and pride. What repeats is the need to show strength and be appreciated — even when you're worn out inside.
• 7 — The Chariot (D): direction, movement and determination. The lesson is to steer your own life with confidence, but without fighting the whole world.

Together, this tail describes a person who achieves a lot because they can make sacrifices and don't give up. The other side is living in constant readiness for a fight and finding it hard to rest and to ask for help. The middle ground is strength that protects others and yourself instead of constantly having to prove itself.

Why is tail 12-19-7 called “the Warrior”?

On many Destiny Matrix sites the tails have their own names, and 12-19-7 is “the Warrior”. The name captures the mix of self-sacrifice, strength and drive toward a goal, but it isn't a description of a person.
